To all users, following standards and guidelines to ensure that this site can be used as easily as possible by everyone, meeting the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act and making every effort to ensure its communications are accessible to those with special needs, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments.

All elements of the site are compliant with WC3 and AA standards. 

The text can be enlarged on the web page by clicking on View from the menu bar and then clicking on Text Size

The background colour can be stripped out by clicking on Tools, Internet Options, Accessibility. In the new window make sure Ignore colours specified on web pages is checked.
